Millennium-IP3 Partners Team

Millennium-IP3 Partners have brought together a consortium of specialized firms uniquely qualified to carry out the BRDG IQC contract. We provide a brief overview of the corporate capabilities and institutional capability of each firm in our consortium. Some highlights of our team's experience and approaches to technical assistance in fragile and transformational states are also covered We also discuss some recent relevant experience of our team that demonstrates not only the breadth and depth of the consortium's technical expertise, but also the consortium's strong track record of delivering the highest quality professional services to clients while at the same time maintaining a strict adherence to cost, schedule, and administrative requirements.

Capability to Undertake the Scope of Work
The Millennium-IP3 Partners Team is comprised of a group of highly specialized and qualified firms with years of experience providing USAID services in the fields of democracy, governance, and economic reform. We have organized a group of firms whose collective expertise covers every area required under the BRDG IQC. We have assembled a team of specialized democracy and governance experts, public management experts, strategic planning experts, legislative and civil society experts, and economic and financial experts, all of whom have extensive experience in working with fragile and transformational states. In formulating our team for this contract, it was our vision to offer USAID a unique collection of small businesses each highly qualified in their area of expertise, supported by a large, versatile, and USAID tested contractor, IBM, that would all be complemented by prestigious democracy and governance think tanks and universities including Stanford University, the Center for Legislative Development, the Rockefeller College of Public Administration at SUNY/Albany, and the International Law Institute.
